El camino para llegar al hotel por la toscana es una locura la cantidad de curvas pero el paisaje es bello, el Hotel Esta bien bonito, el desayuno bien, creo que un poco costoso para la relación precio valor, no había aire acondicionado y a la Habitación entraban animales voladores

Estimados invitados, ¡gracias por la excelente reseña! Sí, el camino aquí en la Toscana salvaje es así, lamentablemente no hay nada que hacer en cuanto a los insectos, inofensivos pero invasivos. Lo siento, pero es el precio que se paga para poder disfrutar de determinadas vistas, de determinados lugares no contaminados, ¿verdad? El 2 de noviembre no se permite el aire acondicionado, y afuera hace entre 16 y 20 grados, ya hay gente pidiendo calefacción... Esperamos que volváis, de nuevo gracias por todo y ¡nos vemos de nuevo!

We like the view, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff members, the comfort of our room and the surrounding area of the resort. However, we did find a large section of spider web hanging from the top of our room. Also, it’s very difficult to get to the resort, but once you get there you’ll be able to enjoy it.

We are sorry that you judged the room that we gave you as an upgrade to be small, given that you had booked the economy room, which is notoriously and universally described as "small" but we assigned you a "classic" room, a "standard" one. Thank you also for reiterating to everyone that we do not have the Spa inside the structure, so we reiterate to everyone that we are close to the Spa, less than 3 km, and from us, you can only smell the Maremma scents, without the smell of sulfur dioxide. The property ad is lovely but getting there it was rundown, pool was green and unusable, hot tub was full of bugs. There were stink bugs everywhere, dirty water and insufficient air conditioning. Certainly not what is advertised. Staff was friendly but dinner was just ok. We would not come here again.

I am sorry about your complaint. We are in the middle of Wild Tuscany and cannot do more for the bugs. We fight every day with them, but it is impossible to win. It is the beauty and the bad of our position. The pool was closed, as usual, in the middle of September because the water was cold. After two days of heavy rain, the algae were too much, and we thought we could not change 250,000 litres of water for a few days.In any case, I hope you'll understand we do our best for our Guests. We also may make mistakes, and I apologise for the problems you have had, sorry.With regards

This place is perfect for relax, very peaceful and calm. The owner the property is excellent person, very helpful. All staff are very kind. The SPA is incredible and I am very good welcome from Anka. It was my second time there and for sure I will be back another time.

Great place except for steps.
Do not use this hotel if you can't go up and down steps. Even the breakfast area was down outside steps. Nice place near Cascate. A little difficult to find initially.

I was looking forward to this hotel as it is so beautiful. The view and grounds were lovely but it let me down a bit. No AC in the rooms and English to Italian at dinner was not the best as it seemed the they didn’t understand me a bit. But all in all good maybe my expectations were tow high.

I didnt lime the fact that you had to pay 3 euro to use the hottub for 20 minutes- do tacky. Ac wasnt working & roof deck closed & wasn’t informed at check in.

Joan, when we inaugurated the Jacuzzi, it was free, but then the rude people who stayed inside all day thinking it was just them forced us to put the paid token with limited time. Who's tacky? The terrace is closed only when the weather does not allow us; by now, it is cold here in the morning and evening for most guests. And the air conditioning is no longer needed. Too bad because we also gave you a free upgrade, and this is your thanks.

Hotel perfetto, ristorante un po’ meno…
Tutto perfetto, ad esclusione di un particolare: la decisione “in ossequio al COVID-19” di allestire una colazione a buffet “da seduti”… Ovvero, si fa un ordine su un foglietto prestampato delle qualità e quantità di alimenti e bevande richiesti e poi si attende di essere serviti al tavolo. Non ho fatto la foto della farcitura di un toast prosciutto e formaggio così come mi è stato servito, ma sicuramente, se mi fosse stata data l’opportunità di prepararmelo da solo, sarei stato molto meno parco…

All'origine della scelta di cambiare da buffet self service a servito al tavolo c'è il COVID, ma poi, dopo lunga e capillare intervista agli Ospiti, abbiamo determinato che la stragrande maggioranza adora essere servita, dato che il buffet sul menu è ricchissimo e senza limiti di porzioni. Personalmente al piccolo "problemino" sui toast una soluzione l'avrei trovata tempo zero... Grazie ancora e arrivederci!

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels war atemberaubend schön. Vom Pool hatte man einen tollen Blick über die Lamdschaft. Zu den Thermalquellen waren es kaum 10Min mit dem Auto. Es waren sehr schöne Tage in der Toskana.

The area is stunning, and next time I would spent two nights, just to really rest and soak in the natural beauty. However, our experience here was a little disappointing. It could also be different cultural expectations that led to the disappointment, but when we saw a certain amount of stars to this hotel, we had an expectation in our minds that was not met. The restaurant for one, felt like a dining room facility in a retirement home. There was loud live music - a man playing a keyboard with demo drum sounds. When we entered the dining room, the entrance was at the front, and every table was facing the door, so all eyes were on us and it was so awkward. Breakfast portions were ridiculous. Bacon and eggs was a plate with maybe one scrambled egg and a quarter of a regular slice of bacon. I couldn’t believe it. The bacon was about the one of a thumb. The spa was available for use for 140 euro per person for exclusive use for 90 minutes. I’ve been to much nicer spa areas that charged much less, though the saunas were great, but the overall ambiance felt like a public swimming pool. It honestly didn’t feel like a 140 euro experience. Not to mention, there were no cups for water in the room or things to eat. Maybe 30 or 40 each would be more appropriate. So as I mentioned, next time I come to Saturnia, I would like to spend two nights, however, I would rather get a bnb of my own with a kitchen, or, go all in and stay at the luxury Saturnia resort down the road.

Okay, sir, I'm really sorry you basically didn't like anything we do. I respect all your considerations but, for professional and personal honesty, I must say that I do not agree with any of his criticisms, because otherwise, I would have to upset, indeed completely destroy what we do and do it again. I don't quite understand how. So if it were really as you say we should have closed the hotel, SPA and restaurant form a long long time! Instead, thanks to the appreciation of everything that you criticize, which is almost general, by over 93% of our Guests, I take this chance to remind all readers who will come in the future that the buffet served at the table at breakfast from 8 to 10.30 in the morning is one of the largest and most varied in the hotel world and that there are no limits on the quantity or number of portions that can be obtained from the waiters: just ask. I agree with her, we are not up to her standard, better go to a BB with a kitchenette.

i would not recommend this hotel to a friend. The staff is quite rude. I had to change the towels as they didn't clean our room, and our towels were all soaked on the floor. the receptionist gave an unfriendly reply and grudgingly gave me dry towels. we slept two nights, the bed was not comfortable and the room was quite hot. We made a complaint and the most they did was lend us a fan. The jacuzzi in the garden was not at a good temperature, it was too cold. The hotel has a nice view, but overall I wouldn't recommend it.

We are very, very sorry for your complain, even if I'd was expecting for this. Sometime we understand that we are not able to like to everyone with our services and standard. I also must say that it is a lie that we haven't change the towels, because thy were not on the floor, and even that it is quite absurd to ask to turn on the cool conditioning when outside the temperature is 13° and the other Guests ask for heating... Siamo spiacenti per la lamentela , la camera però è da definizione "piccola matrimoniale", e ci dispiace davvero che non sia stata di vostro gradimento, purtroppo poi, con l'hotel completo, non potevamo cambiare camera né darvi upgrade. Ci spiace molto ma il direttore era OFF, non poteva nemmeno volendo incontrarvi. Infine ci offende molto che pensiate che la vostra provenienza possa essere per noi fonte di discriminazione: abbiamo da sempre e sempre avremo rispetto di tutti gli Ospiti, da ovunque arrivino.

The best hotel around Saturnia
I travel a lot and I must say that this hotel was so far the best I've visited on my travels. Everything was perfect. Perfect location, perfect food, perfect staff, comfortable beds, and nice and clean rooms. Easy parking. And my god, that view from the pool or from the terrace where they serve dinners and breakfast? Breathtaking. I will never forget my stay at this amazing hotel.

Schönes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage
Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zu der Therme gebucht. Die Ausstattung ist gut das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant welches eigenständig ist aber an das Hotel grenzt war hervorragend. Der Ausblick von dem Hotel ist wunderschön. Wir sind anfangs Juni dort gewesen, wir konnten leider nicht schlafen weil rund 28 Grad im Zimmer waren, es hat zwar ein Klimaanlage die jedoch noch nicht eingeschaltet war, der Dame an der Rezeption tat es sehr Leid aber der Manager schalte die Anlage erst ab Mitte/ Ende Juni ein und wir wären nicht die einzigen Gäste die sich nach dieser Nacht beschwerten. Ebenfalls etwas komisch es hat einen Whirlpool im Garten aber um den zu benutzen muss man Jetons für 3 Euro kaufen und kann dann 20min in den Whirlpool . Eigentlich wunderschönes Hotel mit atemberaubenden Ausblick, leider konnten wir es wegen der Schlaflosen Nacht nicht so recht geniessen.

Sie wird es nicht glauben, aber als sie nachts hier war, sank die Temperatur stark und mehrere Gäste fragten nach einer Heizung! Jeder mag das Zeichen des Outdoor-Whirlpools, weil dieser zumindest einige Kunden daran hindert, stundenlang zu tauchen, ohne andere hineinzulassen. Es ist nicht unsere Schuld und wir können diejenigen, die dies tun, nicht wegschicken, daher scheint uns diese Lösung, und fast jeder bestätigt sie, die bestmögliche. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie sich nicht gut erholt haben, aber ich garantiere Ihnen, dass die Beschwerden sehr gering waren, da es genügte, das Fenster zu öffnen, um frische Luft zu schnappen.
