“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“While this property may be a bit older, the apartment style rooms and building set up was great. The pool and bar on the property were very nice. You were right on the beach and the Passions restaurant, bar and staff were really top notch. The beach is stunning and the palapas with beach chairs were awesome. ”

“My wife and I (both 26) visited RIU for our honeymoon and it was an amazing time! This place had everything we were looking for in a resort and it was our first time in Aruba and staying at a RIU. We love a mix of activities and also being able to relax and this place had the perfect balance of both. Such a great variety of foods provided. Loved the coffee cafe and pool bar/ restaurant on site. Room was clean and spacious. View was wonderful. Housekeeping did not come daily, and sometimes showed up at 4pm. We stopped at the front desk several times for coffee and water for the room and was told they would……
