This place is adorable. It feels like a high end, big city, modern studio. The bed was super cozy. It is located within an easy walking distance to restaurants and bars and campus. We stayed on graduation weekend so the price was inflated but at the normal prices I think this is a great option.

Check-in communication was flawless...easy for our late night arrival. Room was incredibly tidy, modern, and centrally located. Appreciated the extra amenities like laundry and clean appliances, and all the basics from coffee, creamer, dish soap, and detergent pods. Super comfortable little patio, and easy parking right outside our door. Comfortable bedding with nice linens and plenty of blankets. Highly recommend if your in town for a night or two, or longer!

When I arrived, I could not find the lockbox that they said that the key fob was in to get into the room. I tried to get a hold of the host with no luck. I had to end up getting a room late at night for my stay, I feel I need to be reimbursed and communicated that with a host with no luck either I would not recommend this place to stay at all. Communication was terrible and location is not good without better communication on how to enter the property.
