「gym smelled funny opening hours not 34 hrs but most annoyed room very noise not soundproof can hear street noise couldn’t sleep. front desk staff didn’t care when mentioned on check out i won’t stay with you again i requested a quiet room but got this crappy old room , the bedlinen felt stale , dint feel fresh at all and the mattress war worn out need replacement asap , carpet dirty and smelly not maintained 」

「Stayed here for 6 nights with 4 kids and 4 adults. The condominium was very spacious and accommodated all of us pretty well. The details I can say is not that good. To start off the unit was clean but it feels like it was just renovated recently and there were paint marks you can find on the floors. The problem we had was half of the electrical sockets doesn't work. The ones in the kitchen don't work and all of the sockets in the first bedroom don't work. 「Place was clean and i over the gym and pool area. My only issue was the Tv didn’t work and on the second night I was told a technician would come fix it and nobody came back. Three nights no TV at all. Made a request for some kind of accommodation for this and staff seem to ignore it and skip to check process. I’ll contact the management and see if it remains the same. If it changes I’ll update here.」
