Clean and comfy affordable room in Poblacion

Didn't know Poblacion area had a reputation , but hotel room, staff and stay for a quiet and relaxing stay at a good price are there. Good sh ** coffee and it's next door bar are chill places to hang with a/c and good drinks.

This venue is accessible to stores, malls, restaurants, and bars. It’s small, but it feels like home. The best part of this hotel are the staff who are nice, accommodating, and hospitable. The downside on this location includes late night noise from the surrounding bars and very limited TV channels.

In the middle of everything you need for short or long time if u looking for night life. Good shower, ac, bed. Staff helpful. For the price it's a no brainer. Tryed more expensive hotels in the area, but came back leez bcs of value for money

Perfectly nice place.

Great place to stay despite what it says elsewhere online. Security deposit is only 1500, not bad at all, reviews online stated much higher. Wi-Fi is good, place is clean, comfy bed, great service. Room has fridge, safe, kettle, tv. Only downside is the loud music from across the road until 4am every night, so just play rain sounds on the TV and cover the screen with a towel and you're fine.

The property is in a bad neighborhood with crackheads and prostitutes coming in and out of the building all night. Also, there were no towels. The room was clean and comfortable and staff was nice.

Had everything I needed to be comfortable. I was on the 9th floor. The street noise wasn’t very loud at all. AC was nice and strong. The table was big enough to comfortably work on my laptop. I recommend this place.
