Staff could not meet us earlier to receive our luggage before check in time. not until way past time. towels and blankets are cheap. have to ask for it. no TV channels in one of two rooms booked, only basic cable channel in the other room. small roaches in one room. tiny ants in another. was not given the pw to free wifi until 2nd day. then stopped working on last day. the staff Joycelyn tried her best to accommodate but could not provide. Warning - this is like Airbnb - condotel. not a hotel like I was expecting. location is the only good thing - next to venice grand canal mall.

Correspondence is bad.
The condominium to which a place is incomprehensible because the name isn't writing it on a building. When it had not been reserved by the time of check-in time, plan was called, and when the reservation number was shown, was made a room. A blanket can't use the one I don't have and a Wi-Fi, so even if I make a contact, you have not come to correct it. A blanket went to a front to take it. 200PESO was requested of room laundry in 1500PESO and the end for 1 day. Even if I make a reservation inexpensively, you request a cost variously, so it becomes expensive. I'll never want to stay overnight.

The worst condominium apartment
Even if I made a contact to a person in charge in late check-in time, the first day couldn't be checked because I didn't go out, and when there was no reservation if I stayed at a different hotel and tried to return to the hotel and check in again in the next morning, it was called, and the way was shown the reservation number and the location where it's different when a receipt was shown. The way was shown a room, but electricity has not come, and neither an air conditioner nor a Wi-Fi can be used. When it could be used 2 hours later, it was called, but even if it was in the evening, it couldn't be used, so when I made a contact, you changed the room. But neither the room, a television nor a Wi-Fi can be used, so even if I make a contact, I have not come to correct it. Drainage also became bad for the shower full of water to the restroom. At check-out, 200PESO was requested. Even if a reason was heard, you said because it was a system.

Is this property genuine? Coz actually my staff wasnt able to stay. He was relocated in this ARCA South! We really had a hard time coordinating with their customer service & even the hotels.com customer service. My goodness. I was really disappointed!

My worst hotel experience ever
Went to locationRed Doorz rents rooms in condo units, the receptionist had to contact a Red Doors staff to come check me in 30 minutes later she arrives, we go to unit, it is big looks very nice she leaves, I try the brand new Smart TV, the channels have not been set up yet, it tells me to run channel scan I try it needs a password, I call the 3 Contact numbers they gave me at check in, no answerI also text the numbers, connect to wifi, but wifi doesn't work.gf takes shower and locks the bathroom door, after she leaves bathroom forgets to unlock door and closes it, no key to get back into bathroom,again I try to contact the Red Doorz staff no answer, so I text also, this is still my arrival evening, I finally go to condo staff and ask if the can help, "they will contact Red Doorz, just wait in room sir"2.5 hour later, we are already in bed, the doorbell rings, Red Doorz Staff is there with a locksmith to unlock bathroom because they don't have a key for it either. Staff member checks TV, tries to scan channels but does not have the correct password, says, someone will come and fix it the next morning, waited until 11am then went to breakfast tried to their staff to no avail. the next morning I wanted to check out at 8am at 7:30 I tried to contact staff to check out, finally at 8:06 I contacted Condo staff again and asked if they could contact Red Doorz staff, at 9:40 the checkout staff arrived, in all my years and all my travels this is the worst service I've ever had

Just pissed
I tried to check in and the lady said did you receive an email that we moved you to a different place? What the heck? Why would you move me to check in in a different hotel/condo? We just came from a 14 hour flight dying to check in and they won't let me check in. I demand a full refund of my money.
