A lovely decorated and furnished unit to the highest standard located right at the heart of city. The condominium is situated in the middle of everywhere. Seize every opportunity life offers from a home that directly connects you to the vital shopping places, dining establishments, learning institutions, medical zones and lifestyle hotspots via its physical link to Boni Station of the MRT 3.

Owners are overseas and can communicate through email. My sister and mum looks after the unit and will assist with your needs.

The condominium is in the middle of Makati, Ortigas and Quezon City. Taguig is also very near when you take the MRT.
It is very accessible everywhere especially because it's connected to MRT. It is also located along EDSA which makes it accessible to all modes of transportation.

Buses, jeepneys, tricycles, taxis and MRT are easily available.
No parking slot available but the Mall nearby offers paid parking.

From the airport you can take a bus heading to Caloocan/Novaliches/Fairview and get off at Boni, Mandaluyong. The condo is on the right when you get off the bus. You can also take the airport taxi to take you to Pioneer Woodlands Condominium.

You can also take the MRT from Taft station and get off at Boni Station. From the airport, you can take either the bus going to Novaliches/Monumento/Fairview or taxi and ask that you will get off at Taft MRT station.

Once reservation is confirmed and payment has been made, we will need IDs for each guest in order to facilitate the Condominium pass (ideally we need this at least a week before you arrive). When you get to the condo building, our representative will meet you at the reception and give you the keys to the unit. Will take you around the building to familiarise yourself. Should you have further needs, they will leave their contact number to assist you.

Should you need a place near BGC or airport or within Makati, check out my other unit in San Lorenzo Place, it is along EDSA Magallanes MRT station. It is now ready for your staying pleasure. :)

Amenities of the Condominium - currently the gym and pool are being constructed as well as the shops planned on the ground floor.

The whole unit - washer and dryer, kitchen, toilet & shower with water heater. Internet access, TV cable are available. Landline is now available as well (you can use it for local calls only).
Other things to note

Instant booking is not enabled as the owner might be in contact with guests who need the place for long-term.

There penalty charges that comes with cancellation, please make sure your trip is final to avoid these penalties.

We will not be liable for any lost/left items in the unit. Please make sure you have all your belongings with you before checking out and passing the keys to our representative. Any found item will be communicated to you accordingly. We reserve the right for any doubts. We don't charge security deposits, please be mindful in using the appliances and furnitures inside the unit.

Rates will go up soon. So better book now to available of the current rate. Should you wish to stay for a longer period we can discuss about a fixed rate + payment of utility bills. We will also require a security deposit once long term arrangement has been confirmed.
