"Everything was perfect and a big kudos for the concierge who never stopped trying to assist me deal with a courier over a delayed bag from Phillipines Airlines, he went above and beyond and showed what customer service is all about. Breakfast was amazing, great quality and plenty of choice Room was awesome and I can’t fault this stay at all Shame this hotel is in a dump of a city "

"Upon arrival I was greeted with an upgrade. Inside the room, there was a variety of fruit as well as dessert. The breakfast buffet was a joy and the service at the restaurant. My last night was simply superb. I have you recommend this place and we will stay there again"

"Air Conditioning was great, staff were very friendly, bug free, clean. Looks like pictures. Very loud due to the Jeepnys. Its a very convenient location, 7/11 literally in the same property. Just be aware, its downtown Ermita, you will see lots of poverty, smell lots of smells, be asked for change or food a lot. But thats how it is there, not the hotels fault, very convenient location. I felt safe walking down the street but im a 26 y.o male pretty large stature, I personally wouldnt want any women in my family walking down that road by themselves."
