Super convenient location by Orchard Beach State Park

This was the perfect place to stay. We could still hang out with our friends at the state park and not feel left out. It worked out great. It was really easy to check in and a nice place to stay.

Family Christmas gathering

We picked this place for the location to a family member’s house and ended up really enjoying the sweet little spot. We were lucky to have 50+ degrees in December and took advantage of it with a great walk along the lakeshore across the street. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic and relaxing

Excellent communication with rental; they were thorough and their expectations for checkout were reasonable. No problems while we were there. We could hear the renters above us walking throughout their unit, though the sound was minimal and not bothersome. The unit was beautifully decorated and spacious and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Vaca Stay

It's very easy to find, even though my GPS missed it, I knew it from the listing and we turned right around! Thanks for painting it so bright! Plenty of parking space. It's such a sweet location, couple miles from town and the nicest beaches! The place was much bigger than expected and had darn near everything we needed for our 4 day stay! Things we loved especially for our small fam, has a nice shower/tub combo and they gave us plenty of towels and washclothes. There were even small bottles of lotion and shampoo/conditioner! Our girls loved those bunk beds too. Grill and back yard space with several tables was nice for meal! Everything was clean and A/C worked great! They even supplied fans in each room. Host was super great at communication and responsive. Recommend 10/10!

Fun weekend stay!

Check in was very simple. We had some issues with connecting to the Wi-fi at first as none of our phones had service to load the guest manual and find the internet password (the password didn’t seem to be posted anywhere in the place). We loved the space and decorations, very cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was missing a few “essentials” that would have been helpful such as scissors or a whisk. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back!

It's a pretty great place to stay for a small family! It was nice being so close to the water in both directions and not far from town. The place was very clean and efficient for our little family of 4. The kitchen is lacking a place to put your own food that you bring with you, no cupboard space for our things so we kept them boxed up, minor inconvenience. And without a laundry unit on site, there wasn't a place to even lay out our wet swimsuits or towels from the beach. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, thanks so much for a clean place to relax between our beach bumming around!

Nice base for travelling

Management responded quickly to the few problems we had. For a lake town, I wish they’d had laundry on site or at least a drying rack available. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

This unit needs help:

We wrote down a few things throughout our stay that we feel would be helpful information for you to have for possible improvements for future guests. These things include: 1.Drain in bathroom shower is clogged (needs cleaning so you aren’t in standing water as your shower) 2. No hot pads or oven mitts (so when you use the oven there is no way to take a pan out) 3.No dish washer soap (so we had to hand wash all the dishes) 4.Dish towels & cloths (we’re not equipped till we asked for them) 5. The lights in the parking lot are very bright in the night and shine right into the bedroom window even with the curtains closed! 6. Two can opener in kitchen and neither one works! 7. Only two wash cloths for 4 people in the house. (The write up say all towels will be provided for each person in the rental) 8. The floor leading into the kitchen is sloped and is a trip hazard to someone (elderly) also there is a slope heading into the bathroom too. (There is no mention of this in the description of the rental) 9. Staples on the under the bunk beds that you get caught on as you get in and out of the bed. 10. You could use more places to hang towels (bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels to dry) 11.The picture near the sink is always falling off the wall (it’s to close to the sink when people are at the sink)
