Manitoba Waterpark Hotels

"The room I was in had no hot water. When reported to clerk her responses “I am sorry did you let it run for a while my response. “I Did” I believe I should receive a refund. Every room must have hot water. Also no water in the room for coffee or tea. I was told I had to purchase from the vending machine. Not Happy they are lucky to get the stars they did. I was going to give you all a 1. But the room was somewhat clean whole building smelled of smoke. "

"The hotel was good, and the restaurant was fantastic. I didn't use the gym, so I'm not sure about that, but there was constant banging outside that sounded like equipment hitting the ground about 5-6 times in a row every minute. I don't know what it was, but it woke me up pretty consistently. "

"Nice size hot tub, endless hot water, comfy bed, puffy pillows. Clean,! Only issue they have Roku, and other tv stations not familiar with. Wish they had TSN3 , Sportnet, etc local stuff. Had to watch the Jets on small tv in lobby.... but they were verey accommodating. Good Breakfast too."
