“The service from staff was excellent attentive and kind. Unfortunately the hotel was extremely difficult to find because every major map app including the map on the Orbitz listing was wrong. We walked around for almost an hour trying to find it.”
"If this is considered a 5 star hotel then it’s pretty disappointing, there is no water in the gym until I asked for a refill. Toilets in the common area need significant improvement and more frequent cleaning. The view in the lobby is great, but the view from the so-called ‘lake view room’ is just a side view of the lake. "
