This level also boasts a large kitchen/living area equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a Nespresso capsule machine and a fondue set for your culinary enjoyment. Both the living room and kitchen/living area provide direct access to the terrace and patio areas. The lower ground floor offers a cozy small living room with cable TV and a flat-screen television, as well as a double bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. The upper floor houses another double bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, along with an additional room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/WC.
