A lovely, friendly hotel with good food

A lovely, friendly hotel. Our room, on the first floor, was recently refurbished and the hotel was about to close for three weeks to complete the upper floor. We ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay and the food was excellent, as was the locally sourced wine. Breakfast each day was buffet service with a good selection of foods. A lovely place to stay with an outdoor pool for relaxing after a long hot walk. There is a small supermarket very nearby which is great for picking up provisions for lunch on the move.

My family had an amazing stay with Hotel Berne! We loved the breakfast!! They also serve lunch and dinner, which is very convenient and delicious. The family who owns the place is very friendly. If you are planing your trip to Serra da Estrela, this is the place to stay!

Hotel encantador para descansar

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Destacaría la limpieza y la atención al detalle. La ubicación, las vistas y el entorno son ideales. Manteigas es un pueblo encantador en un paisaje privilegiado. El hotel es pequeño y recogido. Los desayunos son muy completos y se sirven a partir de las 8 de la mañana. Me hubiera gustado que se sirviera desde más temprano. La piscina es preciosa y está muy cuidada. El domingo no hay servicio de restaurante o cafetería, lo que incomoda un poco, pero hay un supermercado al lado y se pueden comprar bebidas frías allí. En general, ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

Estadia aconchegante nas montanhas

Hotel aconchegante na Serra da Estrela. Café da manhã bom. O restaurante do hotel poderia funcionar no domingo e na segunda também, pois ficamos sem opção no hotel, mas nos indicaram uma ótima alternativa de restaurante nos arredores. O quarto não é muito grande, mas estava limpo e confortável. Ótimo banheiro. Uma das toalhas de banho estava rasgada. Gostamos de termos estacionamento gratuito para carros.

Simpatia 5*

Simpatia, conforto, gastronomia, conveniência, vista, uma equipa fantástica, este pequeno hotel de 3* foi uma experiência 5*. Limpo, bem climatizado e acolhedor contrastando com o frio de noites de neve. O restaurante serve as especialidades locais e outras com qualidade e uma boa vista para a serra. Há 2 carregadores para viaturas elétricas. A equipa faz toda a diferença, com bons conselhos sobre o que fazer e como fazer na região, sempre prestáveis e conhecedores. Foi uma experiência bem acima das expectativas, revelou-se uma boa base para tirar partido de uns belos dias de neve.

Bom custo-benefício!

O hotel é bom, porém em plena segunda-feira o restaurante estava fechado, assim como quase todos os restaurantes da cidade. No hotel, ao que parece, apenas uma pessoa fica atendendo a recepção e o restaurante, o que gera um poico de dificuldade no atendimento. Tivemos que aguardar alguns minutos na recepção até aparecer o atendente para fazer o check-in. No mais, a localizacao é boa, com um bom café da manhã e uma otima vista da cidade. O quarto tambem é muito bom.

Ótima estadia

Apesar da tempestade terrível que vivemos nesses dias e dos nossos objetivos da viagem não se terem concretizado, estes dias foram muito agradáveis porque no hotel Berne encontrámos conforto, companhia muito bem disposta e uma comida muito reconfortante. Superskønt hotel i rolige omgivelser.

Skønt hotel med dejligt værelse med balkon, der havde udsigt til poolområdet. Poolen var pragtfuld at komme hjem til efter vandretur i bjergene. Morgenmaden var rigtig god , og de tre middage, som vi nød i restauranten var fantastiske. Meget venligt personale.
