"Great little off-the-beaten path of the Big Island. Loved the quiet, the millions of stars, the fireplaces, and the amazing volcanic rock that seemed abundant everywhere. Like it's a botanist's dream!Stayed with our 3 teens. the owner Stacy was phenomenal, welcoming, sharp as a whip, and contributed immensely to our stay.The caretaker Jen was super available for any questions, concerns, or needs we had. "Great communication with host. Fun and unique stay in the yurt. Clean, with comfortable queen bed and good amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Quiet environment high on the hill. Shower and two toilets within the yurt. One toilet is an incinerator (for going #2), which took a little getting used to, but was easy to use.Highly recommend for younger couples. "
