“I absolutely love this house! It is decorated so nicely, had everything we needed and I was so happy to have a fenced in yard for our pup with a nice deck for me to hang out on! I made many trips back and forth to the academy and the location is ideal! Will definitely try to stay again since I will be in the area so much over next two years!!”

“This home is absolutely lovely in every way. Two couples stayed and the set up was perfect. Ensuite primary bathroom and second bedroom with bathroom right next to the room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was perfect accommodations. Thank you Kim for a fabulous stay at your home. The little touches like snacks and wine left for us were lovely as well.”

“The property was in a great location and convenient to all areas around Traverse City. The bedrooms were comfortable, the child safety gates were helpful, they even provided a pack ‘n play last minute for us. The only downside of the stay/location is that the pool was listed as heated and open through Labor Day. The pool was open and even though there were days of 85+ degree weather, it was not heated and this not usable; areas of Lake Michigan were actually warmer. Other than that, I would……

“This place is great. Very well decorated, clean and full of amenities, especially for kids. The toys/books in the house kept my little one busy all weekend. Everything was very clean and the property manager was on top of all of our questions/concerns. The location is also great, close to everything. Would highly recommend. One thing to note, this place does have a lot of stairs. We have old dogs and they had an issue going up and down them so just throwing it out there for anyone who might be……

“We were new to the Interlochen area, as we normally stay farther north, but we loved the convenience of the location to other areas in NoMi. I highly recommend Interlochen State Park, especially if you're traveling with your pups. The home itself was well laid out and SO warm and cozy. “This was our second stay on Bass Lake, but first in this location. We really appreciated having access to a beach and kayaks, plus the fire pit was excellent. The house has all the things you would want for a long stay, plus the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The owners were attentive and friendly, and made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. P.S. I recommend bringing a pitcher-type water filter with you. Its a little bit more……

“Everything was very simple..which i like..lol the house was clean..nice set up..and the view is everything! If i had any complaints, it would be the pots and pans are a little out dated..very much used alot..lol but overall stay was wonderful, and i would totally go back!”

“Wonderful location for a quiet getaway with family...technically 3 families. It was cozy in the main house for 2 families of 4 each, then we had 2 adults w pets in the loft. It worked out for our crew. Enjoyed the kayaks, breakfast in the deck & being centrally located between the dunes & TC. Down side was some kind of paper wasps/hornets that stung a few times during the night upstairs in main house, but realtor said they’d send someone out. Also spent first 2 days trying to get WiFi password……
