Capri 107 Downtown Traverse City
- This condo was just completed in 2020! Walk to everything downtown Traverse City has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo. Easily walk to the Cherry Festival, fireworks or the Film Festival. The Old Town Playhouse is across the street. Take a short drive to the hiking or biking trails in Leelanau or Mission Peninsula or explore the Sleeping Bear National Shoreline and Sand dunes. Take some time to enjoy the wineries, breweries and cider houses that the area has to offer. We use an electronic lock that we will set to the last 4 digits of your phone number which allows for simple check in/check out.

A great place to stay!
This condo was perfect for our mini stay in Traverse City! The location was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the beach! The host was amazing and very responsive when I was having connectivity issues. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, it had everything even extra pillows! So convenient and it is was right next to the parking garage it was so easy. The location was walkable to everything, shopping, dining and the water. We will be back, there are more golf courses to conquer!

Perfect Condo
Our stay at the Capri Condo was perfect! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home. It was in a great location in Traverse City. We could walk to several bistros. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in Traverse City
We only had a day in Traverse City and wanted to stay in town. This property was super convenient and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the water. Owner provided easy instructions on accessing the unit. It was clean, cozy and the perfect size for us.

Super place to stay in Traverse City
The lovely 1 bedroom/1Bath condo was perfect for our needs. It was close to the downtown, well stocked and spotlessly clean. Host was good communicator. It was an attractive condo and pleasant place to stay. But be prepared to pay the extra $20/day for the parking garage next door as free parking by the unit was hard to come by. We would stay here again

This apartment was the perfect desensitization zone for in between hectic wedding activities. Cozy blankets, nice sheets, soft towels, etc. I could totally it was woman owned and I appreciate every single detail focused on our comfort! Thank you!!

In town Traverse City
Was looking for a place to walk to restaurants and attractions. This was a perfect place for that. Downtown shops and restaurants were walkable and there were restaurants and shops right around the corner. There was a small lake and river nearby.
The condo was very nice, very clean. Had all the amenities we needed.
The owner was nice and very accommodating.

Great Property
Great Property that was exactly as described in the posting. My wife and I are in our early 70s and enjoyed that we were within walking distances of dining and shopping on Front street. Building was largely empty so very quiet and relaxing. If I were to return to the area would certainly consider staying here again.
Limited parking was a concern.
Host was quick to get back to us with the couple of questions that we had.
Excellent stay.

Great Location
Beautiful well equipped condo close enough to walk to everything downtown has to offer. Parking is a bit of a hassle as you will most likely need to use the parking garage. The parking garage is right next door and very convenient but did cost about $25 for overnight parking.
