“Good breakfast, nice sized rooms, quiet on a Friday night which was nice.”

“This is the best place to stay whenever we come to town! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. If we needed to move to a new room in a flash, they were there to make it happen! Coffee shop down the road and plenty of walking paths. Could use a bigger work-out room. But all in all its a great place to stay! Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay wonderful! “This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be……

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”

“The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed.”

“Wow. They saw that we were running the Lake Wobegon Trail Marathon and offered a late start so we could shower after the race was over. We were so very appreciative. AWESOME!”

“The room was not clean. We had to work on the shower to get it to spray. Elevator carpet was filthy. When we checked out I asked for my receipt and I got a blank piece of paper with no amount that was charged. I will now need to look into my credit card statement to make sure they billed me correctly. I was thankful we were only there to sleep before my daughters graduation.”

“The king bed in the Jacuzzi room had a very noticable dip in the middle. the electric blinds didn't work worth a damn, and the screen on the blind control has a crack with an lcd bleed. The water park is nice apart from the walking areas, which really need some resurfacing and since it's closed 4 days a week there's really no excuse for it not to be in 100 out of 100 condition. My biggest complaint is it's a 300$ a night hotel so charging 14 bucks a person For glorified Continental breakfast is……
