“We booked this hotel after a windstorm knocked out the power at our home. The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the front desk were pleasant, so we were hopeful for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. On our way to the room we noticed water all over the floor from the pool area into the hallway and all the way to the elevators, which was concerning from both a cleanliness and safety standpoint. When we got to our room, it was clear the cleaning had……

“Room had a nice sitting area with large couch and foot rest. Bar and food was convenient, and staff friendly. Whirlpool was very warm and clean as was the entire pool area. Highly recommend. ”

“Excellent Hotel! VERY clean & super friendly staff!! Nice spacious room with a refrigerator & a microwave too! There's a Starbucks next door as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! You won't be disappointed!!”
