"We couldn’t use the outlet and have the light on at the same time. There isn’t AC in the rooms, so you have to use a fan but you can’t have the light on at the same time if you use the outlet connected to the main light. The outlet for the hair dryer wouldn’t work but the hair dryer couldn’t be removed to plug in somewhere else. The other outlet in the bathroom was an old triangular outlet. The popcorn ceiling should be scraped but the drywall sheets were drooping really bad, so the whole ceiling should be replaced. The bubbles in the hot tub weren’t working. The lowest door shelf on the mini fridge was broken so we couldn’t use it either."

"How can you beat waking up to the sound of the pounding surf off your balcony. And the on property resturant was good. I decided to take my dinner back to my room and enjoy it on the balcony. Easy walking path to reach the beach and take a long walk. I loved being in a top floor corner unit, grateful for the elevator. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here as an overnight on our trip from Klamath Falls, OR to the central coast for a few days of driving and site seeing. After the long drive down 138 (the Umpqua Highway) to Reedsport and north to Florence it was great to stay in a room with a view of the Siuslaw River and historic bridge across to Florence, with very comfortable beds, very responsive and helpful desk staff, and to wake up and have a great made-to-order breakfast. Florence is where the dunes are and a great starting point to see the rocky coast and interesting stops driving north (the dunes; the darlingtonia; Sea Lion Caves and the rocky coast) on the way to Newport and further."

"After reading a scary terrible review, we were nervous to keep the reservation. But the room was lovely and clean. Looks like it's been recently painted inside. Well worth the price. Will stay again"

"I had a great experience, people were really nice and helpful , the place is clean , old but charming . So awesome to be able to walk to old town and having a pretty good breakfast included. Remember is a old building and may need more repairs but charming, clean in is early and check out later then other places 😊"

"This is a budget motel, and for the price, was just fine. The place was clean but with minimal amenities. It is dog friendly, for those who need that. It's right on Highway 101, so not the quietest, but I had a decent night's sleep here."
