“Was a great stay”

“Breakfast was amazing! One of the best in town.”

“Found used condoms in my room upon checking in. When I told the receptionist, she asked me "why I was making her life harder" and that "mistakes happen". They did offer to move me into smaller rooms but eventually just took out the trash with the used condoms inside and said that's all they could do. They also did not honor the free airport transfer. Genuinely a terrible experience, I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone stay here.”

“Very convenient location in the city centre. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with large bed, good air conditioning, powerful shower. Amazing breakfast in the morning. The only downside was the roof top pool being unavailable.”

“Room was good and clean. Comfortable bed. We walked down to South beach, was nic walk. Took tuk-tuk back. Checkin was chaotic, but the staff always very friendly.”

“I booked it partly because it said airport transfer was included, but I never got a reply from them even though I wrote three times. The wifi did not work in my room, only in the lobby. The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold. You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway.”
