We are very sorry about your vacation. Yes, we canceled at the last moment. We had a serious safety issue that arose during a walk through prior to cleaning. There was serious damage to the bathrooms on the second floor, something that was entirely out of our control. We scrambled to find suitable accommodations for ALL of our guests, including your party. The part of the story that was left out was that we found another house, with a pool and offered to you. You attempted to gain access to that property after we refunded your entire amount. You tried to get a free stay. When you were asked for payment, that's when you became abusive to our property manager. We are well aware that your vacation was disrupted. As Premier Hosts, we did everything in our power to accommodate all the vacations that were in jeopardy as a result of the need for emergency repairs. In most instances we went out of pocket to secure suitable lodging, something you refused. If you are going to leave a review, make sure it's truthful. I understand your anger, we did everything we could to salvage all the vacations impacted, you are the only one that left a bad review. Somehow, your party managed to leave two reviews, and we are trying to rectify with that with the platform. Apparently, getting a full refund after declining the offer of an equally desirable property wasn't good enough for you. Then attempting to take possession of the second property without paying is appalling and dishonest. We actually were willing to pay an additional charge, at no cost to you, to secure the replacement accommodations. The repairs have now been completed and the bathrooms are better than before. Please check our hundreds of 5 star reviews, we understand how to treat our guests with excellent service, excellent accommodations, in a friendly, professional manner. I can only hope that, whatever business you are in,doesn't experience a similar catastrophe. If it does, how will you handle it?

Hi Jennifer the only issue with you not having use of the resort facilities is that you would pay double what you paid me. This Villa has its own pool so it makes it attractive. Love to have you back!

Thank you so much for your review! I know if somethings need to get fixed in there but since COVID-19 hit and everybody’s coming to the keys I can’t get my maintenance crew in there. We’re hoping for the next couple weeks we can get somebody in there. Love to have you back!
