Boat Collapse!!

We couldn't stay there because the boat dock collapsed just prior to our arrival apparently due to Hurricane Ian over 9 months ago. We made other arrangements.

Waterfront okay

The property is in serious need of some upgrades. Needs some TLC. Outdoor furniture was old and not comfortable at all. The fridge has no ice or water to it. Every ac vent in the place rattled like an old car. The refrigerator drawer was broken. It was decently clean but is pet friendly so had dog hair all over the futon in the sunroom. I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the place. The dock was great and the location was good for us. It was not like the beautiful places we are used to when staying in Marathon. We will not stay there again.

3 weeks in Marathon

Lots of space inside. Nice layout. Great for families and kids. Had a number of issues that had to be addressed, some of them maintenance issues, one safety issur, a couple issues with appliances and tinsels. The response of the property manager was great. Marathon now charges $25 in and $25 out at all city boat ramps! Bad idea! We won't be staying on Marathon again. Also, most of the dockage is very high and not friendly getting in and out of small pleasure craft, even for my 23' Hurricane.
