This gorgeous canal-front home boasts views of the water, a dock that can accommodate a 25-foot boat, and two private pools - one with a swim-up bar. The elegant decor and grand kitchen will make you never want to leave! The outdoor area of this home is large and great for gatherings, featuring a hammock, a firepit, a very large ice machine for fishing or margaritas, and an outdoor TV to catch the game from the pool. There is even a fish-cleaning station located on the dock!

WHAT’S NEARBY
This home is just 112 adult steps away from Sombrero Beach, one of the finest beaches in the Florida Keys. Hopping aboard a charter is easy, too; while you're at it, watch for passing dolphins and be sure to snap a few shots of the lovely Florida sunsets. This home is also conveniently close to several great restaurants and plenty of shopping options.

THINGS TO KNOW
Two paddleboards, two single kayaks, and one double kayak are available.
Four bikes are available.
There is 25 feet of dockage available for guests.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
There are Sonos speakers throughout the house, yard, and back dock.
The pool is heated to 87 degrees. If a higher temperature is requested, there will be an additional daily fee.
Please note that this home has a seven-day rental minimum.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: There is 25 feet of dockage. Owner has his boat on the rest of the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoy our stay very much! Great location, so close to the beach! Pool is amazing! Kitchen is well equipped. Fishing, kayaking from the deck . The only thing we were missing -is time, week is not enough !

Improvements needed on the pool/hot tub. When we arrived the pool/hot tub were not working, not even filtering (super risky to swim in untreated water) and the hot tub was over half empty. A repairman came for a hot water issue in the house and we were told that the home owner runs the pool pump from home and assured us it would be fixed but that didn’t happen until day 6 of our 7 day stay. The pool and hot tub were working when we left but the water level was still going down in the hot tub. We were issued a partial refund but we will not get that week back. We get two weeks vacation a year and we did not make a great choice for this vacation week.

NICE POOL & HOT TUB

Overall this was an amazing place to stay and literally 3 min walk to sombrero beach The big pool and hot tub were amazing however the hot tub heat would never stay on and had to push button and wait for it to reheat all the time The beautiful hanging outdoor lights o ly 1/10 of the lightbulbs lit up and there was glass cracking g along pool and some found in water. so be careful with kids.The guest bedroom bathroom smelled of sewage. Never figured that out. The grill was amazing and brand new condition. The kitchen an amenities amazing. Washer Drywr knew and worked great.

Very nice house, but a few challenges.

Truly a gorgeous home with wonderful amenities and all the supplies you would need. The two primary bedroom suites are fantastic. Plenty of space inside the home, oodles of space outside. So many wonderful activities and supplies free to use… kayaks, fishing equipment, bikes, cornhole, etc. Our only issues: we paid full price to have this home over the Christmas holiday. What drew us in was imagining our family in the pool or hot tub, watching NFL football on Christmas instead of being indoors like we would be in Michigan. Reality: the pool and hot tub heat were both non-working and required a maintenance visit, which property mgmt helped arrange right away. However, the pool took nearly 3 days to warm up after that. The outdoor tv was broken the entire time, no picture. Again, maintenance visit, but nothing to be done over the week of Christmas.

Incredible home that needs maintenance

This home clearly has had some major investment put into it. Brand name appliances, Koehler Bathroom, wi-fi access points and Sonos Speakers system throughout the house. The picture provide a very accurate depiction of what you will experience. With all that said, this was one of our worst vacation rental experience, solely a result of Vacasa Rental Management company. This house needs a lot of maintenance. Unfortunately, I am restricted here with the amount of characters that one can used, so I am not at liberty to share our poor experience with Vacasa. Before you rent this property or any property managed by Vacasa do some extra homework. I would encourage you to do some research on Vacasa and you will get a clear picture of why there is poor maintenance and poor communication from their team.

Great property! Great location! The house was perfect for our family getaway. We spent time at the beach (short walk from house), swam in the pool, kayaked in the channels, played games outside in the spacious yard. Fantastic vacation!

We had a great week, house was more than what we expected. It had just about everything we needed, except for the kitchen, NO spices but a salt &pepper shaker. Couldn't believe how nicely landscaped and decorated it was. We had a little hicup ,the water cooler was empty and the Vasaca people took a couple of days to replenish the water,other than that EXCELLENT !

Sombrero Beach

Fabulous home within walking distance to Sombrero Beach. We had 3 couples, and more than enough room. We witnessed two turtles being released back into the sea at Sombrero Beach too. Beds are comfy, well stocked home. We spent most of our time in the pool if we weren’t out and about. The jacuzzi never got over 90-93, although it allowed us to just stay in longer! Barbecue was handy too! We were there for 8 nights and ate in four of those nights. Highly recommend.

Family Keys Vacation

We chose this property for its location and the size of our group (10). The house was immaculate and all the amenities were in good condition and usable. The dock was great and my kids fished every day. We had a couple issues that arose while we were there and the host/owner were very fast to respond and address any concerns. My only comment is that this property does say ten people and that is only the case if two people sleep on separate couches. If they had a fold-out/inflatable bed available it would have been spot on, in my opinion. Aside from that, all beds and accommodation was very comfortable and 0 complaints. While we were there the hot tub stopped heating and the owner had it fixed that day! We would definitely stay here again and recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Marathon/keys. You will not be disappointed.

Great vacation rental

The house was fantastic! It was well equipped and had plenty of room for a big family. It had two bedrooms downstairs and one was a master that was great. The outdoor pools and area provided opportunity to to swim and play. It was close enough for the teens to walk to Sombrero Beach. The house was well equipped and and comfortable. We enjoyed grilling and having the opportunity to eat a couple of nights in. I would definitely recommend this house to a large family group or a group of couples!

A Family Paradise

My wife and I enjoyed 5 glorious weeks in this fabulous home. Each of our 3 adult children and our 3 grandchildren were able to come and enjoy a time with us a various times. The home is wonderfully appointed and the owners and management team were more than accommodating. We enjoyed the beach just steps away as well the pools and the kayaks. It was truly blessing to celebrate my retirement and one of our grandchildren's first birthday in the outdoor pavilion by the pool. If you're considering renting this home but questioning if it's worth it? Don't hesitate, "Long after the price is forgotten the memories will remain" We thank the owners for sharing their wonderful home with us and allowing us to create a memory that will last a lifetime.

Great Property!

The property was just as nice as the listing states! Large, plenary of bedrooms and bathrooms. Front (smaller) infinity pool is not heated so our time was spent in the large pool. Outdoor area was amazing and the hot tub was perfect for the evening. We would absolutely stay at this location again!

Awesome home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay very much in this home! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of areas to hang out together or relax and read or stare at your phone. The kitchen had everything we needed along with a grill, fire pit(nice in the evening), huge private pool with toys and loungers along with a hot tub and smaller unheated pool . Fishing with the provided poles and bait and launching the provided kayaks and paddle boards from the dock was a hit with everyone. We pedaled the bikes provided everywhere, thru the neighborhood and to the Publix and nature trail about a mile away. Sandal Factory is a must see as well. The management team was amazing answering our calls and sent people and supplies within hours. Small things like the empty propane tanks, rusted bike handles, flat bike tires, and broke pool tv were reported to Vacasa with fresh tanks delivered within an hour. It would’ve been nice if the prior renters would’ve reported these things during their stay so it would’ve all been taken care of before we got there. Hopefully all was fixed for the next renters. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this home and the beach across the street(morning sunrises and evening sunset visits every day and swimming in between!)
