Family vacation was a success!

We absolutely loved this house!!! Layout was awesome- loved having green space In The back yard. Pool was perfect temp, plenary of outside seating. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the backyard barbecues!

Great neighborhood, fun outdoor space

The property is pretty close to the online listing. The pictures make the rooms and yard seem bigger than they are, but we had plenty of space to spread out. When we arrived at 11pm on the day of our check-in, the house had not been cleaned yet. However, it was Christmas Day and the property manager was very quick to respond. They reimbursed us for a night since we had to stay elsewhere until they could get the cleaning crew there. We had a few other issues that they also responded to quickly. One was resolved. One was not. There were a couple other small things we didn’t bother mentioning, but the house needs some attention, mainly in the bathroom. But overall, this was a nice house in a great neighborhood with a fun outdoor area. We swam, kayaked, and even had a visit from a manatee and her baby!! We were close to all of our favorite restaurants in Marathon but the house was very private. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick response of the staff.

Beautiful Home

House was very clean, location was great, loved being on the canal. We knew going in about the boat blocking half the view, didn't really affect our stay any. Pool was great, but needs the skimmer fixed so it can work properly. Definitely has a leak somewhere, we added water several times in the two weeks we were there, was unusable our first night there until the pool crew came the next day to clean it and add chemicals. Was heated, so that was fantastic since the weather was cooler most of the time. We fished off the dock, poles were provided but we had to buy our own hooks and such. Wish we could have used the kayaks on site, but the owner said no so we rented a double kayak for one day from a local company and explored a few of the canals. House was pretty well stocked, just bring your own foil, cling wrap, baggies, trash bags and a good sharp knife. Grill lighter didn't work so we had to go buy a lighter and fire it up by hand. Would definitely stay there again, especially if they get the pool fixed. Great communication with Vacasa, fixed most issues right away or at our convenience. Oh yeah, just beware the bird that likes to peck on the master bedroom window at 7:00 every day (close the hurricane shutters, that works) and bomb your car under the carport daily! Luckily there's a hose right by the driveway!

Great private home!

We loved our stay! Home was everything as listed. Kids loved the pool and the backyard is beautiful spot to hang out! (Owners boat does intrude canal view, but provides privacy as well)

Great House

This was a perfect location and home for my family of five with three teenagers. The inside of the home is well laid out and modern and the pool and privacy of the back yard are nice as well.

a great get-a-way

Great house, location, pool. Picture of back yard makes it look much bigger than actual, but still a nice back yard. With the owners boat on the lift, it blocked 80% of view from house. Good-more privacy, Bad-the boat is 80% of what you see, and no room for your own boat. Would have been nice to have a few more hours of heat on the pool heater.
