We loved the back patio and the tiki hut near the pool. The tiki hut by the water is a fun place to have an appetizer and watch the sunset. The dock was perfect for our boat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a fantastic place for the 5 of us. The back yard has an amazing view of the ocean and great amenities if you’re into fishing like a private dock and a fish cleaning station. We caught Mangrove Snappers, Grouper, Nurse Sharks and a Tarpon all from the dock. The rooms are big, the kitchen is great, and the staff was fantastic to work with. I will definitely be staying there again.

Shining a light in the lagoon at night, showed all the activity that takes place there. We counted 3 lobster walking around. The accommodations were excellent. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this home in Marathon for the 12th year, and it never disappoints. It is the most beautiful location, with a pool, lagoon, and access to the Gulf of Mexico in your own backyard. The property is large enough that three generations can enjoy their time together but also have their own space. The new management was so friendly and responsive, and when questions arose, they responded extremely promptly and helpfully. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. We have enjoyed this property for years and hope to do so for years to come!

The house is mid-way between Vaca Cut and the 7-mile bridge, which made it easy to get anywhere by boat or by car. We’ve been coming to the keys for decades and this house is a perfect combination of old Keys charm with modern amenities. Would definitely recommend!
