We booked this property for a family vacation. The location and amenities did not disappoint. A small inconvenience with the A/C unit, but the manager was quick to respond for service. A nearby boat ramp for access and a very short run to the dock made keeping the boat there super easy.

Keys Cove Awesomeness

This is possibly the ideal location and setting for a vacation!! Perfect water access and a comfortable, clean home with its own pool. Susan and Dale are outstanding hosts and act at lightning speed to ensure that guests have nothing to do but enjoy their stay. We rented 2 houses for our extended family and had a blast! The boat slips are conveniently located and 30 seconds from being able to get up and on-plane en route to fish and/or lobster hunting. Outstanding!!

We've stayed here twice and have loved it. House is amazing and in a great location. Family loved spending time on the dock catching fish and playing in sand. Alot of great local restaurants and attractions. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great family vacation! The dock was perfect for our boat and the kids enjoyed the pool. The house was nicely decorated and accommodated all of us. The managers are always friendly and helpful. There are sandbars and fishing spots close by. A wonderful place to spend your vacation.

Set up of several cottages was great for my extended families. House had comfortable beds and appliances all worked well. Pool was great size for families with small children such as ours. Property managers go out of their way to see that you have everything you need. My only criticism is that kitchen lacked items like shop knives, measuring spoons and cups. We did appreciate the large platters for serving.

Terrific time in the Florida Keys

The house worked out comfortably for our group of 10. The teenage boys slept on the pull out couch in the living room and on an inflatable bed. All of the beds provided with the rental were very comfortable. Jessica was quick to answer questions via text and made a few trips to accommodate us when we were missing items from the kitchen or needed a new propane tank for the grill. We were all very pleased with the rental property.

Great family vacation

The house was clean and was in a great location in Marathon. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths gave everyone plenty of room. The property manager met us on site and walked us through everything we needed to know including the boat dock - she was really fantastic responding to any question quickly throughout the process. Each house has their own pool and outdoor area plus we did use the Tiki area for larger gatherings and games. We rented 2 houses (#5 and #6) and when we checked in, we found out that only houses # 6-8 are truly waterfront with a direct view of the water - try to book those if you can. I highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay. Weather was awesome and the house was clean. Mike and Suzy were great and were always available when needed. Cleaning staff found my daughters billfold after we checked out and Suzy called us immediately. Many thanks to them as we were not too far out of town or at the airport. A few of the beds needed a pillow top or foam topper as they were really hard. Also didn't have many pillows, but Mike came over with extras. Loved having the dock for the boat and looking forward to next year!
