Settle into island life at our oceanfront home in the heart of Marathon. Designed for stays of 28 nights or longer, this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Florida Keys retreat gives you time to truly slow down, settle in and experience the Keys like a local.

Located in the welcoming Ocean Breeze community, our home sleeps up to six with two queen bedrooms and a sofa bed. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable extended stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and comfortable spaces to relax or work remotely.

Outside is where the Keys lifestyle really begins.

Spend sunny afternoons at the heated community pool, relax by the water, or take one of the two provided beach cruiser bikes out to explore Marathon. Two inflatable paddleboards are also included, along with beach chairs, beach towels and bags, adult life jackets, outdoor games and other gear to help you make the most of your time in the Keys.

Ocean Breeze offers a variety of shared amenities, including a heated pool, waterfront dock, rooftop sundeck, hammock garden, outdoor kitchen and grilling area, and outdoor seating. It's a friendly, relaxed waterfront community where neighbors gather by the water and sunset often becomes the evening's main event.

The location also makes it easy to explore the Middle Keys. The Old Seven Mile Bridge is approximately one mile away and is one of our favorite places for a morning walk, bike ride or sunset outing. Sombrero Beach is approximately 3 miles away, Bahia Honda State Park is about 13 miles away, and Key West is roughly 50 miles away—close enough for an easy day trip.

You'll also be near grocery stores, marinas, boating, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking and plenty of local restaurants. Some of our favorites include Porky's Bayside Restaurant & Marina, Sunset Grille & Raw Bar, Burdines Waterfront, Castaway Waterfront Restaurant & Sushi Bar, 7 Mile Grill, Lazy Days South, La Niña Restaurant and the Isla Bella Market.

For beach days and adventures around the Keys, you'll have plenty nearby. But some of our favorite days are the simple ones: enjoying the heated pool, paddling on the water, grabbing fresh seafood and ending the evening by the waterfront as the sun goes down.
