This spacious 3BR/3BA villa is perfect for making memories together, with a private rooftop deck, resort-style pool, and a safe, gated community. Close to beaches, fishing spots, and fun island attractions, it's your home away from home in the Florida Keys.

The Space:
This beautiful, three-level villa has everything your family needs for a fun and relaxing stay. The open living area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of space for movie nights or family meals. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind—including two with private bathrooms, so everyone has their space. The private rooftop deck is a favorite hangout spot for watching sunsets, counting stars, or just enjoying the ocean breeze.

Guest Access:
Your family will have full access to the entire home, including the rooftop deck, in-unit washer/dryer (great for sandy clothes!), and private covered parking. The community offers a gorgeous pool and hot tub, boat dockage, and even a spot to launch kayaks or paddleboards for outdoor fun.

Property photos are misleading.

Looks like you are renting a property with share pool with one other home. Not true. There are several homes only 2 on water front. We were on the main pain over looking not so attractive neighborhoodDryer did not dry and dish washer did not clean. Great space just not the way lace you think you are renting.
