A small place. Fully equipted kitchen. Tiny bathroom. Loud A/C over bed. Bed and couch matress very soft and lumpy.Nice location on canal.

Shabby-won’t stay again.

While somewhat clean it lacked plugs in the kitchen and none in the bathroom. Curtain in bath was trimmed with a pair of scissors and not hemmed. The .99 cent shower curtain had a hole in it. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread and the toilet itself was on some sort of nasty platform. I have pics. All of things could be easily fixed.

BAD Experience

The place smells of mold. We booked 15 nights, but could only tolerate a 4-night stay because the air quality was so poor. The air conditioning unit was dirty and moldy with the "change filter" light was flashing. The property management company didn't take action to correct the potential health risk at the property and they took little care of us in regards to compensation after losing the cost of 11 nights of our reservation that we didn't use. We would never recommend this property to anyone, there are a lot of other options in the Keys.

Good efficiency

Nice little place with good access to all the keys. Market a couple doors down great for small purchases. Cooked lots of fresh catch on the grill outside. It was a bit small for 7 night staying doing as much cooking as we do on our keys trips.
