"Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”."

"The staff was amazing—our check-in was seamless. Communication showed us right to our room and gave fantastic suggestions for dinner spots and must-see attractions. The rooftop pool was a huge plus! Rooms were spotless, and the staff was always helpful. Highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel, staff, breakfast, bathroom and bedroom were all very good. The poor rating is because it's impossible to get a decent sleep! The stairs up to my room and a cluster of other rooms are made of wood, so when one group of guests came home at 1:05am, I'm woken up just by their footsteps clomping and echoing on the wooden stairs. Then at 3:41am, a family leaves early for the airport, so I'm re-awoken, again by the stairs. No one was rude or yelling or drunk. The design makes it inevitable that anyone walking up or down these stairs will wake the people in those 4 rooms. And ironically I had specifically asked for the "quietest room possible" as I'm no partier. The fact they haven't fixed this terrible design and didn't bother to find me a better room given my request is very disappointing. "

"The hotel and rooms are very dated. The furniture in room is old and scratched. The host did not provide any instructions to access the hotel prior to arrival. There was no AC working ( a plug-in was given for mosquitoes), no fridge, no water, Tea or coffee in the room. The tv was small and outdated. The room was poorly decorated. There were only 2 pillows for the bed. No other pillow in the room. The breakfast was an additional 10 euros per guest. The parking another 8 euros- the stay was very overpriced for what was offered. "

"Staff we’re very accommodating. Helped us book a car, transfer to port, kind at breakfast. Pino was a good guy - Ciao Pino! Great location on an amazing island. "
