This town house was centrally located to the Horseshoe Bay Club, and was equipped with everything we needed. The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. Wished that the pool was heated. Noisy fan in the upstairs bedroom, but the rest of the place was very comfortable.

Outstanding!! Host Don and Kelly answer every question I had and made process very easy. Property very clean and few hundred yards from resort where our event was. I would use Don n Kelly again

Very nice. Had everything you would need. Needs a new large fry pan, couldnt get TV advertisement off bottom of TV. But everything else was great! We will be back!

Marble Falls home by Horseshoe Bay

This townhouse was very nicely decorated. It was a perfect location for daily excursions. The beds were comfortable. The neighbors were very helpful. There was no available parking in front of our townhouse so we had to park in overflow parking which a bit of a walk. Lou the neighbor helped us. The upstairs bedroom only has hooks for your clothes there are no drawers if you like to unpack your suitcase, and no closet. The master bedroom did have a nice sized closet and a chest of drawers. There are stairs but they are easy.

Exactly as advertised

A really nice place to stay. It looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean, nice linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked. The downstairs bathroom had nice shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We were able to ask questions before, during and after our stay. I would say that the downstairs, king size bed has a soft mattress which was not great for my back. The upstairs beds felt firmer. The pool is steps away from the door, which was convenient. We brought all our own food and grilled or cooked all meals. Because of COVID, we wanted to get out of our own house, but be able to stay distant from others. This was perfect. We safely shared the pool with the other folks in the few condos. We went for walks in the neighborhood.
