We rented this for a family weekend on Lake LBJ. The home is brand new, with convenient location. Checkin was very easy. However with the new construction, some kinks have yet to be worked out. We did not have hot water, messaged the owners Friday night to request resolution, but received no response during our stay. Other small items like hand soap and closet handles are yet to be added, but these did not really impact our stay. Once resolved, this will be a great option for Lake LBJ visits.

The property was nice and we could tell that it was pretty new. The property manager was easy to contact and helped quickly with WiFi issues. There were a few details that seemed unfinished like cabinet pulls in the kitchen and towel racks in the bathrooms. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen were underwhelming. No dishwasher to sanitize the dishes. The back door didn’t deadbolt, and the bed in the back guest bedroom was not put together well and the mattress kept falling through the slats. Overall 3.5 stars
