「Not a bad place to stay, but it’s far from the Center (plateau). But pretty comfy. And the breakfast is really good!」

「Really great spot. I'd recommend highly. Off a street with a lot of restaurants and city action but quiet. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the room is great. Has a European feel with the pool and pool bar. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in this side of town」

「We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and the staff were very freindly at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The one day they even washed and ironed some clothes which was a surprise to us. The hotel rooms were spacious and very nice and the wifi also worked well. The pool area was quite small and the sun doesn't really get to it but that isn't a bad thing in the Abidjan heat. I would consider staying here again if visiting Abidjan again.」

「Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.」

「I found the place rather confusing. The Uber driver couldn't find it and had to ask several people in the vicinity. There are no markings to indicate "Ngaliema Resort Club"; indeed the board with keys at reception has a different name on it. There's no lobby, just an office that might be open. They do serve a breakfast on the rooftop. There seemed to be very few guests and very few staff around. The room was OK - air conditioned and with some amenities - but the location wasn't great.
