“Clean & minimalist style room. There is filtered water dispenser in hotel, so nice, so clean. Also they offer complimentary snacks during happy hour, that's really a sweet treatment.
The only downside is that they don't have rooms with twin beds.”

“Poor service from night shift staff, morning team overall nice and helpful. Didn’t refill toilet paper, need to request twice. Requested one more pillow but end up need to wait next day (said full house and don’t have spare…..) Environment near the hotel is pretty chaotic but convenient to train station with walking distance 5 minutes only. ”

“Horrible horrible experience!! I am actually back to Hotel Mademoiselle in purpose since I ve been here for my honeymoon five years before. But the truth is I cannot have a sound sleep because my room is close to the lift which is extremely noisy. It sounds like somebody keep moving the heavy closet or bed during the mid night. At the first beginning, I confused why somebody move furnitures in midnight, but finally I figured out it’s the lift!! ”
