This beautiful 2 bedroom condo has brand new furnishings as of Sept. 2020 and was completely renovated in January of 2019, offering the perfect coastal environment for guests. It is located directly on the beach. This 1145 sq. ft.condo is on the 17th floor and offers one of the most remarkable, uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Mexico that Marco Island has to offer. From the balcony you also view the heated pool and beautiful grounds of South Seas Club. In addition, from the entrance door you view picturesque Marco Island.

South Seas Club is a secure 55 acre gated community with tennis, bocce and pickleball courts, walking paths, corn hole, shuffle board, a putting green and numerous boat slips. South Seas has a heated swimming pool as well as a fitness center.

There is a $100 per car parking fee (regardless of trip duration) that is paid directly to the condo association upon arrival.

This newly furnished condo offers a master bedroom with a king bed, mounted smart tv, closet and plenty of drawer space. Guests have access to the 25 foot balcony from the master bedroom.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed as well as twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4. Again, there is a closet as well as a dresser for storing your personal belongs. A smart tv is mounted in this room as well. The second bedroom does not have access to the balcony, providing peace of mind for those traveling with children.

Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Towels and linens are provided. Bathrooms are supplied with liquid hand soap, a small bar of soap for the shower and one roll of toilet paper.

The living room is elegantly decorated with new furniture as well as a new mounted smart tv. The kitchen has an open view of the dining and living room. It is equipped with basic cookware, dinnerware, blender, crockpot, traditional coffee pot, and a Keurig coffee maker. The new kitchen table seats four and there are two stools at the counter-height bar. From the living room guests have access to the 25 foot balcony through sliding doors. Have your camera ready for the amazing sunset views over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

Laundry facilities are available on each floor of the condominium building, next to the elevator doors. The machines operate with use of a Smart Card, available at check-in. Funds can be added to the card with cash. (Wash- $1.50 Dry- $0.50)

All rooms have wireless internet access. A google mesh system ensures good wifi throughout the unit.

No pets are allowed in the South Seas community.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed on balconies or any common areas. (Grill Area Only)

A high chair and pack-n-play crib are available for those traveling with small children.

The beach is accessed directly from the pool area. There is a 10-15 minute walk to reach the water. A beach cart, umbrella, cooler, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. As the photos indicate, you can walk to the north and enjoy Sand Dollar Spit or Tigertail Beach. A walk to the south will take you directly to the expansive beautiful beach area.

Marco Island is a warm, family-oriented community that you will enjoy any time of year. It has something for everyone. It is packed with great amenities and things to do. It has beautiful white sand beaches, great water sports, shopping and over 90 restaurants and bars.

PLEASE NOTE: Our unit is newly renovated (2019) and fully operational. Other owners may have work performed on their units during normal business hours, mainly from April to December, but during other months when needed. Condominium Association necessary activity may occur at any time during normal business hours.
