We had a great week. Condo was wonderful, clean, great kitchen with all appliances/tools, beachfront (awesome sunsets) walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, shopping. All around great spot. Would come back!

The deck chairs are comfortable and we liked watching the sunset every night. The beds are very comfy, the kitchen has all the necessities and more. Unit is overall clean but had an issue with the bath tub not being as clean as it should be and a slight insect issue which was dealt with immediately by the property management company. Easy beach access with beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, shovel, etc.) provided.Nice pool area with jacuzzi and restrooms in same area. Easy walking to area restaurants and other activities.

The condominium is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The pictures of the condo are exactly what you see when you arrive. The place is quiet and comfortable and I would highly recommend this place. The owners are accommodating and you can see they take pride in their properties. This is the second time we stayed in a unit owned by the Vale family and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for a great week.

Overall, we were very happy with the unit. We would suggest for the price point that the owner improve the pillow and linens, especially towels that were very worn. Also, the sliding glass doors do not close properly, but it didn’t really impact our experience. Overall we liked the unit, and we love Marco Island and the Sea Winds where we’ve been vacationing across various units for over 15 years.

No screens on sliding door or windows. Coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dirty dishes and towels found in the cabinets. We have been vacationing on Marco Island for 4 years and have never experienced this before.

The pool and hot tub are great too.The only negative of this unit is that it lists a sofa bed as sleeping two people and there isn’t actually a sofa bed so it really only sleeps four people. They need to change the listing.

This vacation was magical, and a wonderful family getaway. The condo is well equipped, my greatest concern is the height of all the beds. They ate not standard height and pose a real hazard for anyone who is of a shorter stature or in some way disabled. I was kindly offered a stepstool, but the height of the bed would make getting off the bed a challenge. Maybe a slide would work better.LOL. The rental company was amazing and the condo itself was wonderful.I would definitely stay there again, but I would bring an inflatable for me.

Good selection of beach accessories in the closet. Overall great week in a new place. Will probably return next year. Had an issue with the patio blind not retracting. Since it wasn't an emergency I just sent an email. Much to my surprise, they sent a very nice gentleman over within a couple hours to fix the blind.

Deck furniture replaced, & new linen provided. This particular unit is in need of an update. Dryer working but needs repair, dining area chairs have broken cushion springs,bathroom sink drain partially clogged, some paint chipping. Would repeat business with Marco Isle rentals due to their response but not this particular unit.

Side unit had beautiful views! However, the smoke alarm had to be fixed, garbage disposable didn't work when we got there and we didn't have internet for our last few days due to a power surge. The bedroom with a private bath is not the master bedroom but rather the room with two twin beds. That should be the other way around. The good things however far outweigh the bad, and we would stay again if we found a better master bedroom setup.

The condo is in a very good location and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The kitchen had everything you would need. We had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining but Marco Island Vacation Properties came right over and repaired the sink.During our stay we had a power outage due to a storm and the internet was down, Again they came over the next day and fixed the internet,The beds were not very comfortable and the furniture was not very comfortable either. But again the view and location cant be beat. The short walk to the beach worked out well. Shelling on this part of Marco Island is very good.Walking next door to the sunset Grill for a drink or burger was very convenient.

the location is very good. BUT!!! the condominium is old, the cabinets in the kitchen are very greasy, the fan is terribly dirty, the doors to the balcony do not close completely, the washing machine cannot be used because there is a burning smell and it turns on fire alarm
