You’ve got a world-famous beach across the street and a beautiful bay view from your balcony. This 1,100 square foot, 2nd floor condo is located in the gated South Seas community on Tigertail Beach. It sleeps four, with two queen beds and two bathrooms.

Sliding glass doors brighten the unit with natural light. As you sit in the comfort of the boat deck-inspired tiled living room, the view of palm trees reflecting off the still water of Clam Bay creates a feeling of tranquility.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend cocktails to bring out to the balcony.

The master suite features sliding door access to the balcony. Open the door and fall asleep to fragrant night winds off the bay.

We want your vacation to be perfect, so we’ve made sure you have everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. For your entertainment, you’ve got free wi-fi, cable, and a DVD player, and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

The South Seas community offers plenty of amenities as well. Take a refreshing swim in the spacious heated pool surrounded by palm trees. Use one of the gas grills under the tiki hut to cook up a poolside barbeque. Play a game of tennis, shuffleboard, or bocce ball.

And, of course, you’ll want to use the private access to Tigertail Beach. It truly is one of the gems of Marco Island, with miles of white, sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and mangroves. Wade in warm tide pools in search of colorful shells. Charter a fishing boat. Or you can sign up for an Eco tour that takes you to the habitat of the manatees and nesting sea turtles.

As part of the great Bird and Wildlife Trail, Tigertail Beach also offers some of the best birding in southwestern Florida. It’s home to the least tern, black skimmer, piping plover and other exotic birds.

After a full day of fun, celebrate with dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ, all just a short walk from your unit.
