Put your feet up & watch breathtaking sunsets from the balcony, sofa or bed! Spend the day shelling or sunning along miles of sugar white sand and azure blue waters. Enjoy pickleball, tennis, workout, pool or strolling along the docks of clam bay. Listen as the egrets & pelicans return to roost for the night or soar past your balcony. You might come across a sea turtle nest I see a family of ground owls. Boat docks and kayak storage Is available for rent. Walk or ride to numerous restaurants and shopping.

Cancelled Reservation

Although this booking was cancelled, it appears I am given the opportunity to leave a review… After booking this property and receiving an instant confirmation, I was later contacted by the owner and informed the property “was no longer available.” After my booking was cancelled, the property immediately came back as an available listing at a HUGE price increase. This unethical behavior was reported to VRBO and anyone who considers renting this property could possibly encounter the same scenario.

Stay at South Seas in Marco Island

We recently spent the month of April at this site. The condo was wonderful in its location. It was clean, well decorated with high end furniture. The view from the balcony was exceptional, especially the sunsets. We were well received by Kim who helped us get settled in. We had asked about beach equipment prior to our arrival as we would have brought our own if there had been none provided. We were told that it would be provided. Upon arrival, we found 2 beat up beach chairs that could not be used and 2 small beach umbrellas that would have been good for children. Kim, the caretaker, was kind enough to provide us with 2 of her own chairs. We had to buy our own beach umbrella, although we already had one at home. Another issue is that we had been told that there would be construction in the lobby which we were fine with. However, there was construction on the whole floor we were on. This included sanding which created a lot of dust and a lot of other construction noise. We had cancelled another site we had initially booked because of renovations being made and we didn’t expect this at this site. Overall, it’s a very nice condo with a great location. Once the construction is done, I would recommend it.

Warm and wonderful

We walked on the beach nearly every day. It was fun finding so many different shells. The condo was very comfortable and clean .We wanted for nothing. The pool was super nice and water was warm even when the weather was a little cool. The condo is best suited for adults, not children. Good location, easy to get around walking or driving and close to many fun activities.
