"Loved, Loved, Loved, the staff here was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We spent part of our honeymoon here and it was just what we needed. We paid for all inclusive and chose a room that gave us access to their exclusive pool and restaurant at the top of the resort. Was definitely worth it as the food and presentation was great. The resort itself was beautiful, only downside is that it is on a steep hill so travel around resort can be tricky as you have to call the front desk to arrange a buggy to pick you up. Beach access and spa is great. The resort also helped us plan activities to do. I can’t explain enough how beautiful the views are here. Don’t hesitate and just book!"

"This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a while and we have traveled a lot! Great location in Agios Nikoloas. Easy walks to everything. The spa was wonderful with a heated indoor pool and no extra charge. The staff was top notch all around! The breakfast was so wonderful and varied daily . If you are vegan there are numerous excellent options. The hotel room had a sofa and a balcony which was really nice. The outdoor pools are not heated. We were there the middle of October and still went swimming in the sea on a catamaran tour and it was worth it!"

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was perfect in every way. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, beach or heated pool and wonderful food. Good for families as well with a kids pool and buffet that provides items for the younger guests. Will definitely return the next time we come to Crete!"

"Amazing property, felt very high end but still authentic. The staff is very nice and ready to help. The room was comfy and always beach/pool sunbeds available. The breakfast is amazing 10/10 we looked forward to it every day. The onsite reasturants and drinks were over priced for what you got (but the dinner buffet also 10/10 at 45 euros per person). If you are travelling with a baby they have lots of high chairs at all eating places. The only thing I would say is the pool is deep (for kid swimming) and also if you are not travelling with kids this place is packed with young families (great for us, but if I was on a romantic getaway I would choose adult only resort), the town of Malia is walkable about 25 mins - only 5 min drive. But the town is geared to young clubbers and strip joints… BUT the “old town” is cute and small and has good restaurants, so I would just go into old town to dine out. The beach is nice but more rustic/with large rocks. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend."

"This is a fabulous 5* gem, and we had a great time. Positives: Stunning hotel, extremely cleanl, lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and showers, lovely happy friendly staff. A hotel with great ambience, luxury all neatly bundled up into a lovely package and we'll be back again soon. Also so quiet, even though the hotel was not empty. Negatives - 5 restaurants, unchanging menu, even in the main buffet restaurant, so choices were lacking by the end. Rooms were not serviced if you missed the early morning rounds. Having returned to our rooms in the afternoon/evening, our room would not have been cleaned - this didn't phase us that much. Overall: We visited end of September (after school holiday period) when the weather was turned cooler and windier. The pool was too cold to enjoy and was avoided by most guests. A regulated pool would be much better. Same for the bedroom pools - we didnt use ours as the water was on par to having an ice-dip. This was the same for many of the other rooms we could see."
