「Check in was a nightmare, the host left the key at a restaurant, asked the restaurant owner where the apartment was, he didn't know, the address wasn't clear and the map location was incorrect, we only found the apartment by looking at the listing pictures, turns out the apartment was next door to the restaurant. The train can be a tittle loud if you have the windows open at night.The only negative i have is that you need to pick the keys up from their office between 4 and 7pm, the office is a 40 minute walk or 15 taxi each way from the appartment - I was not expecting this.」

「While the location and actual space was what we were looking for the communication with host was the worst we have experienced. There was a terrible water leak in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We messaged the host everyday we were there explaining what was happening and that it was getting worse everyday, we never had a response.
