Was't the best

Check in was a nightmare, the host left the key at a restaurant, asked the restaurant owner where the apartment was, he didn't know, the address wasn't clear and the map location was incorrect, we only found the apartment by looking at the listing pictures, turns out the apartment was next door to the restaurant. And the beach is 400 meters,not the 100 as described in the listing.

Great location

-We loved the location, very central. -Great large patio -The host was very difficult to get a hold of. We began messaging in July 2023 to rearrange our booking, and after 6 follow-ups of messages and phone calls, we were only able to work through the issue in September 2023. Eventually the host let us move our dates which we were very appreciative of. -Extra fees for pet not communicated despite us letting the host know we were bringing a pet at the time of booking. We were asked to pay extra for tax that was also not communicated ahead of time. -We communicated with VRBO about updating an expired credit card but host refused to send us a new link to pay via credit card through VRBO and came to the apartment without warning asking us to pay. -Owner came to the apartment without notice when we requested to communicate over email. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

Bon emplacement

L’appartement est situé en plein centre de Mataro, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied également de la gare où vous avez un train direct pour le centre de Barcelone. Nous avons séjourné 3 jours et avons laissé la voiture dans le parking que nous avions réservé avec l’appartement ( indispensable car il est très difficile de se garer autrement sans payer , prévoir 15 euro par jour). Je m’étais trompée sur la réservation, j’avais bien fait la réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 ados mais lorsque j’ai validé, la réservation a été confirmée pour deux personnes. Malgré mes relances pour modifier la réservation, je n’ai pas eu de réponse à ce sujet , il a fallu que je paye sur place 40 euros par nuit de supplément alors que le 2e lit double est un canapé d’appoint dans la pièce principale. ( le prix pour 4 personnes sur Abritel est beaucoup moins cher si je ne m’étais pas trompée ( différence de 30 euro au total au lieu de 120!) j’ai trouvé le supplément extrêmement cher par rapport au coût total, faut pas se tromper ! L’appartement n’est pas adapté pour 4 personnes malgré l’annonce qui le précise mais cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous ne sommes restés que 3 nuits. Pour un séjour pour long je ne recommande pas. La douche est minuscule et les photos ne correspondent pas au réel, l’appartement nécessite un bon rafraîchissement , ( meubles abîmés, taches sur les murs . Bref si vous recherchez le confort, c’est moyen, mais il est très bien placé pour les visites.

La verdad es que tiene de todo; lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico, horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, cafetera y secador. Los colchones tanto de la habitación como el del sofá cama son muy cómodos para dormir. Limpio y bonito. Deberían aumentar el tamaño de la placa de ducha que es muy reducida. Buena comunicación con el arrendador.
