“The unit was nice but was not what we expected based on the listing. We used Expedia to book through, and the listing on there was fairly inaccurate compared to what we got. I don’t think a view like shown first in the pictures exists. It’s misleading. We had a “ocean view.” I mean, we could see the ocean through other hotels that were in the way, but we mostly just looked at the dirty roof tops of the buildings below us. The unit itself was not very clean. There was dust on top of the light……

“We were denied access to the pool because the room was “flagged”. Had to make multiple trips to different offices in the building and reach out to the host to get it straightened out. Went back the next day and one of us (went in separately) had the same issue. No internet for two of the 3 days, which meant no TV. Cable company said it was probably due to nonpayment. Luckily, none of us had to work, but it was annoying, had hotel people up there 3 times and finally it worked on the 3rd day.……

"This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!"
