“We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay.”

“A very nice apartment in an excellent location. We enjoyed our time there very much. The only thing that was a bit unusual was that there was no toilet paper, trash bags or dishwashing liquid. We had to get these things when we arrived in the evening after a long journey.”

“Sehr schönen Urlaub im erweiterten Familienkreis zu 5. verbracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig im Vergleich zu Hotels, auch die Betten waren gut. Die Lage ist mega zentral, kurz vor Beginn der Fussgängerzone in CM und man ist in 100m an der Promenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber einen Grill habe ich auf der Terrasse nicht gefunden. Die Spülmaschine lief bei uns mindestens 1x am Tag, weil sie für 6 Personen etwas unterdimensioniert ist. "Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
