“The hotel was very peaceful and well kept. The room was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I had a great time.”

“The stay was ok…shower was very narrow only 1 person can fit at a time, toilet paper holder was broken. No robe or slippers when we 1st arrived in our room. We had to call and they brought them. A bunch of extra fees that added up as we did the couples retreat and put it on the room instead of buying it at the moment. Pool side very basic with basic furniture that actually was a bit uncomfortable after 15 minutes of laying down. The people were amazing and helpful, but we will probably not go……

“I’m not really sure where to start. Upon arriving at the hotel and parking, the elevator was out of service. At check-in they forgot to give us our complementary drink tickets that you get for being a member. Walking to our room we saw that all the fountains were off. I’m sure it had something to do with maintenance but again I booked this hotel specifically because of how beautiful it was. The fountains didn’t fill up and turn back on until the day we left. “The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. To their credit, staff did acknowledge that explanation wasn't really an excuse, but the resolution fell short: we were told housekeeping wouldn't address it until checkout (which was the next day), meaning we had to deal with it for the remainder of our……

“What an epic stay!! I loved both days and nights at ADERO…my family really enjoyed the pool, the food at the restaurant and the awesome service!! In my case in particular, my favorites were the views at sunrise and sunset over Fountain Hill and the mountains, and the fact that I could set up my astrophotography rig in the comfort of the balcony each night to capture some deep space images… amazing clear skies!!!!
