“I liked the quiet the proximity to the event I was attending just what I needed”

“Lovely and quiet neighborhood, wish we brought bikes to ride around! We also really appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The room and bathroom were also extremely spacious. Would love to stay here again : )”

“Bed was really comfortable! The place was quiet and clean. I would go back however, when we we’re loading the car to leave I was still in the room and someone that lived in the main house slammed the gate to the room! Just thought that was slightly odd and rude???”

“Great location with plenty to do nearby. Papa Lennon’s is within walking distance and opens at 11:00 AM. Downtown Ojai is only about a 6-minute drive away. The crystal bowl Lion’s Gate event at MOVE Sanctuary was wonderful. Home Kitchen is just 5 minutes away by car and is a great breakfast spot, while Mountain Meditation is about 19 minutes away. The RV also offers plenty of privacy and enough space to relax—or even dance! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.”

“When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the Vrbo. There were leaves all around the outside and the patio was dirty. Inside it was bare bones. There were five glasses that were plastic and old. It was not up to the price I paid. I was surprised and we left early. No pride in ownership. Host was great. And it was clean inside.”

“This is our 2nd time booking this house. It is super clean and quiet. If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful time, this is the place to book. The host always responds to any questions you have very quickly. We will be back!”

“Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and laundry a big plus. Clean unit. We had a pleasant stay.”

“Such an artistic and colorful place! Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. The garden was private and relaxing. A Very inspiring for artists that have not bern able to do much art lately. A very affordable price for such a 5 star stay.”

“Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom.”

“Very clean and comfortable home, responsive and generous host. When I arrived, there was a discrepancy on the number of bedrooms, but Belinda very quickly accommodated my situation by opening an adjoining unit and allowing me to to use it . She was very receptive to feedback about her listing accuracy. I was touched by her generosity. She clearly cares about the space and there are a lot of little touches around that shows me that she wants her guest to have as good of a stay as possible.”

“Great place nice and large. Host is great to work with ”
