“A very clean, comfortable, peaceful and pretty quiet (except for a little 101noise, which didn’t bother me, I’m from L A) also thoughtful and useful extras everywhere. There was a trail two doors down that was great that took you on a loop with a fairly good incline to a beautiful meadow with wild flowers and gorgeous views I’d say the loop was just over a mile, perfect for me and my dog, we hiked it 4 times and never saw a soul, we loved it. “A friend and I found this beautiful oasis for our three day stay. The spotless trailer had everything one could need. The hummingbirds and goats were a nice bonus, but what made it most special was the creek that ran right alongside the trailer. The sound of the creek, crickets, and frogs is a wonderful respite from the city noises. Sylvia is such a fine person and added so much to our enjoyment. I will definitely stay again. Loved it!!”

“This “hidden” gem was exactly what I was looking for. The property is well maintained and the garden flowers were so exquisite and showy. We used the private hot tub and hammock for resting and relaxing. Just a delightful place with extra details of snacks, treats, wine, games and other incidentals. Didn’t want to leave. We had more family staying in another unit and we mostly hung out in this unit for meals and movie time with that big comfy couch!”

“Was a cute stay. Apartment is small but was plenty of room for us. There is a nice outdoor seating are and ping pong table. Small coffee shop across the street as well. There is currently construction during the day out front which would have been helpful to know. The area will be beautiful once the construction is done. Would also be helpful to have a curtain over the open window in the bathroom since it looks out into an area people pass by. We would stay here again if in the area.”

“We were a family (Grandparents, grown kids, little kids) in town for a wedding and this spot was perfect. Location: Great! Easy to get to Carpenteria restaurants as well as Santa Barbara. If you are attending a wedding or event at the Rincon Beach Club, this is literally 4 mins away. We had our dogs with us and the walk around the surrounding streets was very pleasant. Beds: Super comfortable! Kitchen: Great for a group. Parking: Very easy, there was one spot in the driveway and then room……
