“Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good.
The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again”

“The room was good for a solo traveler. The room had a funny smell for the first day or two, the windown would not open to air it out, but I had to run the dishwasher and leave it open to air dry and that seemed to help with the smell. The unit also had fruit flys and I could not figure out where they were coming from. There was also a hair in the cotton swabs, I brought my own so I wasn't to stressed. I also think they should think about getting different towels, the white ones looked dirty and……

“Arrived at property and it smelled like death. The place was not cleaned from last renters. Linens and towels were on floor in bathroom. Dirty dishes on table and stove top had food burnt onto it. Garbage can was full of trash. Arrived at property at 11:30 pm and host just said his crew missed cleaning it and simply said we will refund your money. Host then posted that we did something wrong and that is why money was refunded. Do not waste your time with this property.”

“When first booked, the property was listed as a different address on VRBO. We went to that listed address and were happy with the area and location. Then, when we went to check in a few hours later, we were told to go to a different address to gain access. We thought it strange that we had to go to a different address, but followed the instructions. The new address wasn't very far from the original, but the location wasn't what we had expected, nor was the building's exterior quality. We……

“Sat outside the apartment complex for 2 hrs with my luggage trying to get in. Owner gave me a faulty remote and then kept telling me to just “point it at the gate” (no kidding) to get it to open, after 2 hrs of this I left and had to book a hotel. Apartment is also being rented without the complexes knowledge, and as a result couldn’t access it through the office. Filed a claim w VRBO and hosts still refused a refund. ”
