「Wonderful, family-run hotel. All staff working their best to help customers. Nice room with balcony, lovely breakfast setup, close to so many nice areas, quiet, comfortable.The cleanest place I stayed outside home. 」

「Nice location, around 20 mins walk to Leaning Tower and train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Although the shower is a bit tricky, either too hot or too cold, the overall experience was good. 」

「Spacious room, very clean, A/C unit in room, private bathroom (not in the room) large bed and box of brekkie stuff for the morning. Very convenient for everywhere only 10min walk from airport, 25 mins to the Leaning Tower and 20mins to main train station. There was some restaurants nearby and the area was very quiet 」

「Very easy check-in procedure. Good location in the old town with walking distance. A lot of restaurants just around the corner. Friendly staff that sent an email of recommended locations for breakfast/lunch/dinner. All in all, perfect for an overnight stay for a family. 」
