“Pro's and con's to staying here. We stayed 2 weeks. Pro's include a clean and comfortable home. Well stocked kitchen. The real bonus for us was the dark and quiet neighborhood after hours. The golf cart was nice for commuting to and from the Rio Vista riverside park but we mostly just used our bikes. The riverside park access was the saving grace for us. Without that piece of refreshing green space, there wasn't much else to enjoy for outdoor enthusiasts like ourselves. Con's: No bike trail……
