Bathroom floor had built up dirt, grass around bed frame, and vent in bathroom covered in dust when we arrived. Staff were informational upon check in and exit but cleanliness of room was concern for price of almost 300 for one night.

We were very unhappy with our one night stay at this hotel. We waited until the morning to get our showers. Unfortunately, we were woken up at approximately 4:30 am, to a bubbling sound. When we went to use the toilet and get our showers, we discovered the bathtub was full of poop water and flushing the toilet would make it overflow. We told the indifferent staff lady at the desk, who told us they are aware there was a problem. She offered no apology and told us that since we booked with a third-party (Expedia), we would have to complain to them. I would not recommend a stay at this location, and we are Choice members.

The main problem was that the sheets on the bed had not been cleaned. The bed was made but the bedding was obviously dirty, stains from dirt and possibly make-up on the comforter and sheets. We pulled the blankets back and there were curly black hairs all over the bed. I told the lady at the desk and she personally came down and replaced the bedding. So her quick response was appreciated. She said she would give us an email to send pictures to but we never got the email. Hotel is dated. They have tried to update some things but some things are still very old. The fiberglass tub was obviously old, looks dirty even though it appeared to have been cleaned. Mold under the clear caps of the built in shampoo bottles. Toilet seat lid had broken bolt so it would not stay in place. Not a great experience. Due to the time of year and scarcity of rooms available, the cost of the room was pretty expensive, costing over $200.

its obviously a 40-50 year old building. the interiors of the rooms have been redone very well. parking lot redo looks very nice, until it rains, and water has no place to go near the building. breakfast offering somewhat lacking considering the room price we paid.

The room had not been mopped in months it appeared! I had to wipe up something on the floor and it was black ( filthy)!!!I wiped the entire place we would walk in socks and really couldn’t get it clean enough! It needed a mop and cleaner! Also.. as I was sitting on the bed , I reached to get my drink and saw a ROACH run into the crack and then come out! I screamed and my husband came over and saw him and killed it! It was a terrible experience and took me a long time to get to sleep thinking they were crawling on us! We should have left, but we had our dog with us and it was late and we were all exhausted! It was a terrible experience and we Will never stay there again!

First of all I had to wipe up a small amount of water our dog dripped whit drinking and found absolutely black dirt on the white wash cloth I had to use!! I used the white hand towel and wet cloth to wipe up where we walked because I couldn’t imagine walking on that filthy floor!!Then… I was sitting on the bed and reached for my drink and saw a roach run across the bedside table! He ran back and my husband killed it! It was very difficult to get to sleep that night thinking a roach could be running on us! Never stayed in a place so dirty or had roaches! Disgusting!!
This is the one towel after cleaning the floor! We didn’t think to get a picture of the roach because I guess we were so upset!

It felt well maintained and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, but I’m sure it was amazing based on how well everything else was handled. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely stay here again. ⸻ If you want it a little longer, more detailed, or more enthusiastic, I can adjust it 👍

The bed was very comfortable. We had some noisy occupants in the next room. My quality time sticker did not have adhesive so the worker came to clean while we were sleeping. I asked her to come back in an hour and we'd be gone and i let her know the sign wouldn't stick. We left all day came back in the evening and found she did not return to clean. She did put a new quality time sticker on the door but she didn't bother cleaning. It was our 3rd day there so we were due for towels and garbage removal. I didn't bother calling the front desk.

The bathroom had hair on the floor, and it did not belong to me or my husband. At breakfast, they only had two juices to choose from and the water dispenser was out. The sheets had some spots - maybe burn spots - we weren’t really sure. It was comfortable, but just a mediocre stay for almost $200 a night.
