“It is a super peaceful location right on the river, lots of aquatic wildlife to keep us entertained! The very large secure fenced area for pets was a bonus. The house is very new with all the comforts of home, big shower and a great washer/dryer. Although this is a camper style accommodation it is quite luxurious. overall a great experience. would love to recommend getting the outlets for the golfcarts fixed on the front of the villa. also theres a spot under the bathroom door that has a nail showing. had to place a towel down to avoid stepping on it.……

Vacation rental was not clean. Floor was filthy and we could not walk with bare feet or white socks without both turning black. Bedrooms were extremely small. Could barely get around the bed to the other side. Kitchen was not stocked……

The villa needs some upgrades for the price it should be updated. Blinds were broken upon arrival. The hot water was cold after two people took a shower. Light outside was out and it kept tripping GFI.”
